For all products, we use free standard shipping. If your order total exceeds $600 USD, we will automatically upgrade your shipping to DHL or FedEx – this applies to all destinations worldwide.

Lead Time
Most of our products are made to order, and require approximately 2-3 weeks to craft.Delicate and intricate items can take up to 20-30 working days.
Change of Shipping Address
We can change your shipping address only until the point that your order is ready to ship. Your order is ready to ship when you receive a tracking email. Once your order is ready to ship, we cannot guarantee that your request to change your shipping address can be honored.
Can you ship to a P.O. Box?
Standard shipping can ship to a P.O. Box, but courier services like DHL or FedEx do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
