Can I see my order before shipping?

 If you would like to see photos of the actual item before it is shipped, please inform us via email or WhatsApp.

How long does a product take to make?

It usually takes 15 working days but this can vary according to the design. Each piece is crafted by the hands of our artisans.

Can I change an order?

If you have any doubts about your order, or if you've changed your mind, please let us know and we will do our best to help you find the perfect piece. We can help you change the gold tone or metal in your jewelry, change the center stone, change the ring or bracelet size, and make other changes.

Please note that changes to your order can only be made within 7 days of purchase. Therefore, we recommend finalizing all your desired alterations before submitting a request.

Can you make jewelery that I’ve seen elsewhere?

Yes, we can. We can recreate any jewelry piece from any retailer or website. Our direct-to-you model, backed by our own workshops, allows us to provide the same quality at a more accessible price. For a quote, just email a picture to info@minKuololit.net.

 I don't know the ring size - what should I do?

You can use our Ring Size Chart which will give you a good indication of size.  Please contact us if you need any further help and we can guide you through some other ideas.
