We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please read our returns policy below.
Return Eligibility
We offer a 15‑Day Worry‑Free Return & Exchange service. To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
All original accessories, certificates, and packaging must be included with the return.
Non‑returnable items:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
Customized or personalized items (e.g., engravings, special sizing) and exclusive design services – unless there is a quality issue.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and process your refund or exchange as soon as the returned goods meet our requirements.
How to Return
- Contact our customer service team by email, stating your reason for return and your order number.
- We will respond within 5 business days with a return address and instructions.
- Please pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above and indicate the item you wish to receive in your email.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will prioritize resolving the issue for you.
Lost Package
If your package is confirmed lost by the logistics carrier during outbound delivery (tracking shows lost, undeliverable or missing with no delivery record), please follow the steps below:
- Contact our customer service with your order number and tracking ID.
- We will coordinate with the carrier to verify the loss within 5–7 business days.
- After loss confirmation, we process the full refund immediately without waiting for carrier compensation.
Note: We do not cover losses caused by incorrect shipping address provided by customers.
